The Total Tennis Mentorship Programme was created as a pathway for its most engaged and responsible students to enter into work opportunities in the business.

With part time hours that fit in with their schooling, their job being to provide  social and physical services to others and a starting hourly rate of $25 per hour, the Total Tennis Junior Mentorship Programme is a great initiatives for our junior members.

Not only are we offering employment to some of our most engaged junior members, we are also offering the opportunity for them to gain leadership and communication skills which will positively effect them later on in life.

The Mentorship Programme can offer further pathways into career opportunities  for those who wish to stay on working in Total Pursuit.
