WHAT?

Our Bootcamp programme involves outdoor and indoor circuit training and includes a range of cardio, bodyweight, agility, speed and strength exercises for a fun yet challenging workout.

Bootcamp provides a whole-body workout that builds strength and fitness and is an excellent way of burning calories, which is especially beneficial for those looking to lose weight.

The camaraderie and friendship that comes with a group fitness class makes Bootcamp all the more enjoyable.

Outside in the rose gardens, on the tennis courts, or inside on the squash courts.
