Our Bootcamp programme involves outdoor and indoor circuit training and includes a range of cardio, bodyweight, agility, speed and strength exercises for a fun yet challenging workout.

Bootcamp provides a whole-body workout that builds strength and fitness and is an excellent way of burning calories, which is especially beneficial for those looking to lose weight.
